Customer’s Dilemma and Target

Telecom-Net, a Russian owned telecom service provider in Istra town, was suffered by the communication problem due to its large, scattering and complex organization’s characteristic. They need a total solution in data/voice packet transmission in a Metropolitan area network environment. The inter-building issue makes the project much more complicated. They can not find a satisfied answer in the current market.

　

Micronet Solution

Micronet specialists took action right after they got the case information via the technical support
channel. With the practical testing experience, Micronet proposed a detailed integrated plan：

• Deployed SP616EA switch and SP760 print server for administration office necessity.

• Configured 25 pieces of SP912 as wireless radio channel AP to overcome the inter buildings difficulty

• Connection with remote districts is realized through fiber-optic channel by means of SP375A media converters.

• Using SP5050 and SP5002 VoIP Gateway to perform the telephone number transfer task.

• We never thought the answer in this project can be so effective and organized.  

• We have considered about the price issue of SP912 at the beginning, but SP912 has shown its reliability and stability in the past 2 years. All the expenses is worthy and even the solution is much more valuable than we had expected.
