  • I’ve installed my printer and print server. When I execute print the test page it gets a random text. Why?
Some printers have to install on the computer directly before redirect to print server. If not, it will get random text print. So, please connect printer to your computer first. In Windows systems, go to “Add a New Printer” to add the printer. The operating system will detect a new printer and ask the driver. Assign the driver folder to install the printer. After that print the test page to verify the printer has been installed properly. Then change the printer connection to print server and use PS-wizard to redirect the printer to a proper printer port on the print server. Print the test page to verify it.
