Micronet

equipments, announced today new Power over Ethernet
Splitter/Injector to administrator of Ethernet networking.
Micronet SP390BI/SP390BS use a revolutionary 802.3af-based
technology of POE (Power over Ethernet) to help simplify
maintenance and deployments for Ethernet-enabled devices.
The POE technology allows delivering data and power over a
single twisted-pair cable. With the extension of network,
Ethernet-enabled devices, such as IP Phone, Wireless AP, and
IP camera, can be powered up via twisted-pair cable in which
AC outlet is not available. Owner of network can save the
cost for power-supplying obviously when it isn¡¦t necessary
to deploy power lines. Moreover, a centralized power source,
POE implemented with power management and power backup,
provides a more reliable power-supply solution. |
